We provide a Standard Delivery service for our products, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 28 days, depending on the specific item. Delivery charges are outlined in this policy and included in the cost of the product displayed on each product page. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to finalize acceptance, delivery cost, and an estimated delivery date. Products will be delivered using a carrier service, with vehicles equipped with a tail lift and pallet truck. Some products also offer an Express Delivery option.
Delivery times vary by product. Our sales team will provide an estimated delivery date when your order is received, and our dispatch team will confirm the exact delivery date when your order is ready for shipment.
Please note that any orders placed after December 21st, will be dispatched after 2nd January. This includes next-day delivery orders.
Rhino Security offers free delivery to mainland UK on all products. You may upgrade to Express Delivery for an additional charge. We are unable to delivery to Northern Ireland so recommend that clients based there, arrange for collection/delivery using their own carrier service.
We can deliver to most mainland UK addresses. Orders and deliveries are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which we recommend reviewing before placing your order.
For remote rural areas, additional delivery charges may apply, or delivery may not be available. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with further details.
You may choose to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address. Please provide the delivery address when placing your order.
Deliveries are typically made between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM on the date previously communicated to you. All deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway at the specified delivery address.
To ensure smooth and safe delivery, please follow these guidelines when contacted to arrange delivery:
Note: Our driver cannot move goods far from the vehicle. If the delivery point is on a slope, the driver cannot push the pallet truck up or down. Delivery cannot be made onto cobbled, gravel, or uneven surfaces. In such cases, the pallet will be left at the nearest safe delivery point.
Inform Rhino Security of any restrictions affecting access to your property by adding special instructions when placing your order.
Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery or when full payment is received, whichever is later. After delivery, the product is at your risk. We insure the product in transit until it reaches your delivery location. If you are unable or unwilling to accept delivery on the scheduled date and have not provided at least 48 hours’ notice, or if delivery fails due to access issues, we may store the product at your risk and charge for storage and any further delivery attempts.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
