Annual Site Service and Maintenance Plans

Beyond installation, we offer comprehensive bollard repair services and maintenance plans to keep your telescopic bollards fully operational all year round.

Our experienced Rhino Engineers will visit your site twice a year at a prearranged schedule. During each visit, they will conduct a full service and maintenance check on each bollard. The annual service plan fee includes all labour charges and the replacement of standard wearing parts at a reduced price.

We maintain and service both existing and new Rhino bollards so you can have full confidence in your perimeter protection with a Rhino Service Contract.

Please note, our service contracts are only available for 4+ Rhino bollards.

One-off Bollard Servicing

If you have a single bollard installed at your home or on your driveway, we also offer a convenient one-off service. Whether your bollard has been hit, damaged, or has experienced wear and tear due to weather, we can repair and service it for you.

Service Visit Scheduling

Please be advised that Rhino Security does not provide an emergency call-out service. All service visits are scheduled subject to engineer availability and geographic coverage, and in some instances it may take up to 2–3 weeks before an engineer can attend. Priority scheduling is allocated to customers enrolled in our annual maintenance plans, in recognition of the benefits associated with this service package. For up-to-date information on lead times prior to making a booking, please contact our Servicing Department at service@rhinosecurity.co.uk.
