Products

Yes, it is possible to have your keys keyed alike. Simply tick the options on the product when ordering on our website.

You can order additional keys on our website when ordering the bollard. You can also order replacement keys. Please specify the right key number and quantity. 

This very much depends on what you are using your bollard for. A typical above-ground height driveway bollard can range from 500mm to 900mm. Find out more in our bollard height size guide.

Telescopic bollards are incredibly versatile and have a multitude of uses and applications, including but not limited to the following: Driveway security, car dealership and showroom security, event space security, company car park access and limited access to roads and spaces. Payment

Yes, VAT is included in the final price. The price at checkout is the price you pay and this includes VAT and delivery as detailed in the item description. 

When filling out your bollard options on our website, you can fill in your postcode and it will show you how much installation will cost.

We can install parking, driveway and telescopic bollards across England and parts of Wales. For more information on this service, take a look at our installations page.

Collection and Delivery

Yes, you can collect from our office in Norwich at 5 Page Rd, Norwich NR3 2BX.

Please contact us to arrange collection and check on availability. 

We use Royal Mail,  UPS or P4D to send out your order.  When we fulfil your order we will send you a tracking code. 

Most products will be send out the same day. However if a product is not in stock we will notify you regarding the delivery time. Delivery timings should be shown on bollard pages.

Yes when you want your order to come on a specific day / time, we can send out your order with UPS. However an additional charge might be applicable. Please contact us or leave us order notes in the ‘shipping details’ section of the checkout process.

Installation and Maintenance

We do offer an installation service but we do not cover the whole of the UK. Please contact our sales team on 01603 – 484 999 or check your postcode for installation costs on our product pages. 

Your product will come with the installation / maintenance manual. This excludes spare parts, we do not give manuals for the service of the bollards as these products are security items.
