Romans International, Banstead – Case Study
Romans International is a new family-run car dealership selling stunning supercars. They pride themselves on preparing and presenting their cars to the highest standards.
Following the acquisition of an ex-TrustFord showroom and MOT station, Romans International announced plans to expand their existing Banstead dealership. The project included retaining the Ford dealership’s structure, renovating it, and linking it to the current showroom. This meant they needed new perimeter security measures.
The breakdown
- Site size – 2 acres
- Value – £23,000
- Project scope – installation of 35 static and 16 telescopic bollards
The requirement
Due to the nature of the valuable supercars, luxury SUVs and modern performance cars they stock, perimeter security is of the utmost importance to Romans. Rhino Security was approached to supply and install bollards around the new site perimeter to help improve existing security measures.
The solution
Our team installed 35 stainless steel static bollards and 16 telescopic bollards around the perimeter, which were delivered to the site within two weeks of ordering and installed over two days. These bollards help prevent car theft, making it impossible for thieves to drive one of the cars away across the dealership’s perimeter without severely damaging the vehicle.
